Small sheer velvet pentagram witchy dress. No tags

This velvet sheer dress brings me right back to ‘95. It doesn’t have tags. Im pretty sure its a small or xs. Its 33 inches from shoulder to hem. I included measurement photos. Sorry. I am new at all this! I cannot fit into this dress anymore and it’s heart breaking. I was about to throw it away then decided that maybe.
