Small silk halter dress Voom by Joy Han.

Retro look silk dress, size small. Mannequin is an 8 and it won't close in back. Probably a 4. Chest is 30", waist 26". Very cute dress. Does have a lace up back which requires ribbon ( not included) . See pics.
