Small silver necklace or choker

I think the beads lining the necklace are made of silver. The 5 beads appear to be turquoise stones. The necklace is a very small size, which makes me think it would be for a child. Screw clasp. Vintage - from Mexico 🇲🇽 in the 1980s.
