Small tan, fit and flare, off shoulder dress

This is a small, warm tan color dress I bought at a nearby boutique for a rustic wedding but didn't end up wearing it. The straps sit slightly off the shoulder, the waist has a little fit and flare style to it, with a sweet touch of tulle peaking out of the bottom. Its is very fitted from the waist up, but has a lot of stretch so it fits like a glove! I love it, but it just doesn't go well with my hair and skin tone..
