dnn93 Was there something wrong with the sweater that you rated it 3 stars? It’s never been worn and still has the tag on it. I’ve never received a 3 star rating before. Please advise. The ship time was delayed due to my husband having the flu severely and being the primary caretaker of him. If you were concerned about the ship time I wish you would have messaged me to inquire. I still sent it within the standard ship period.

beach17412 @dnn93 Usually, poshers message me ahead of time the reason for delayed shipping. Poshmark sent me a notification saying they were sending you a reminder to ship. I ship same day or next depending on time of day the order was placed. Any exceptions, I would have messaged the buyer to notify why the delay. Secondly, the new sweater was simply thrown into a mailer w/o any tissue or a thank you! To me, it is very important to go the extra step to wrap the item and attach some kind of thank you.
