Position the pad under the resident's shoulder blades, alarm will sound when they sit up or place it under the hips, alarm will sound when the resident is lifting out of the bed. * Place the cordless chair sensor pad on the seat of a firm chair. Alarm will sound when the resident is lifting out of the chair. * The wireless alarm can be placed in a convenient location with the caregiver, up to 100 feet away from the cordless sensor pads. The alarm has a low, medium, high volume adjustment and a gentle chime alert.
