Very cute 100% cotton spring/summer dress by Smartie Britches has bell sleeves with some gathering at center of sleeve. Neckline is also gathered with small ruffle. Bottom of dress has 3-inch ruffle. Colors are red, pink, orange, and white. Print is different size circles with stars at center. Cloth flower sewn onto front neckline area.
