Smashing Vintage 1960’s Cocktail dress!

This is in near perfect condition! Even the little fringes at the waist and on the skirt detail are flawless! It fits like a 6-8 or possibly a petite 10 -rare for vintage! But I included the side waist measurement since, with vintage, that is important. I tried this little beauty on and it fit short-waisted on me (heartbroken). It appears that the original owner, who was fabulous, either had this custom made or had this tailored to fit her, as the waist selvages are raw.
