Smock cutout two way top

A beautiful soft blue smock top that can be styled two ways (off the shoulder or on the shoulder). In the photos, I chose to wear the shirt backwards (tag in the front), but either way works. Perfect for summer picnics or brunch dates. Slight bunching on the back (see pictures for more details). Size M but fits S-M with lots of stretch
