Is this loose fitting? What size bottoms do you typically wear?

@mstahlhuth hi!! So the legs are loose and flowy, and the bodice is smocked, so it’s more fitted. This isn’t my size, but I normally wear between a 2 and a 4 so it’s bigger on me :)
