This Classic Feltman Brothers Smocked Bishop Dress in size 6 Months is Lovely! Done is a Rare Ivory color with yellow and green floral embroidery. The double banded neckline is attached with faggoting stitching. A lattice design smocking is done at the neckline and again where the dress gathers. In between the lattice smocking is accordion smocking with sweet little yellow flowers with green leaves and white centers The short puff sleeves have a double band also joined with faggoting stitching (very high end detail).
