This Will'beth smocked Float Dress in size 3 Months is Precious! What makes this piece so special is the two layers. The top layer is all white with pink roses and green leaves embroidered within the smocking. The entire neckline is smocked and the embroidery design wraps around the neck. The sweet ruffle flutter sleeves have a scalloped edge trimmed in pink embroidery. The smocking at the chest has pink satin ribbons with seed pearl centers that stream down the front- So prissy! The skirt has 4 rows of pink tucks above the hemline. The back has an upper button closure. The dress has a pink slip that's trimmed in white lace. For a solid white look, wear without the pink slip. For a soft muted look (which Will'beth is known for) wear with the slip to add subtle hints of pink. The last two images are the dress without the slip.
