This Baby Boy's White Smocked Romper is a Classic!! The Peter Pan collar and sleeve cuffs have hand-faggoting (a high-end stitch found on heirloom clothing). The smocked bodice features diamond shaped embroidery. A small lattice design is done in a white embroidery and a blue chevron design borders the top and bottom of the smocked panel. Five diamond shapes spaced evenly across the smocking, are done in blue French bullion knots. A matching piping trims the top and bottom of the smocked panel. Four pleats start at the bottom of the smocking and fall to the elastic in the leg openings. A three snap inseam makes for easy changes. The back has a yoke with a 3 button closure.
