Smocked Floral Dress

Dress is made from a floral print in pink and blue on a light blue background. Top is smocked with tank top style straps. Fabric has a rib to it similar to corduroy. Dress is from Lilli Lovebird and is tagged size 4. Listing in GUC. The elastic on the straps is stretched at the base where they connect to the top.
