Smocked Maxi Womens Dress Winter Birds Scarves Holiday Print Handmade 39+" Bust

This dress appears to be handmade by a real expert! It does not have tags but seems to be cotton or a cotton blend. The fabric is like new and has little birds wearing scarves. I measured across the bust lying flat and doubled it to get 39" but I did not stretch out the gathering which gives a lot more room. Bust - 39"+ Length - 51"
