Smocked Off-the-Shoulder Romper w/ Maxi Overlay

This is a comfortable romper with a gorgeous maxi overlay and smocked at the top to accentuate your features. It’s lightweight and perfect for the spring/summer! It’s new without tags - I had taken the tags off and packed it for vacation but never had the opportunity to wear. If you can’t quite tell, it’s white with dark blue stripes.
