Excellent condition- no flaws and ready to wear. This dress was worn once for a few hours. Size- 18 months * I feel the size is flexible since it has a tie back just be mindful of the length (she was mostly in a 2 at the time) Measured flat and not tied PTP 10 1/2” Length 19” ( shoulder to hem) The last 3 photos are true color. The beginning photos were taken by a window and feel the camera changed to an orange-ish red. Features- Fabric- Cotton (feels like a poplin) The round collar is black velvet w/ tiny pearls SMOCKING- done by hand,see photo Tiny flowers with pearls in the smocking Long Sleeves w/ buttons Button back Tie back with loop to keep it positioned Tie can be worn as a bow or long and flowy LINED- it’s crinoline and maybe polyester to give it a little poof It’s hard to find a holiday dress that’s not too fancy / not too cheesy, is not sleeveless and comfortable enough to play around the house…IMO this is it!! Carriage Boutique is a great small company out of NJ. The clothing is manufactured out of the country but the smocking is done here by hand.
