This dress is from the early 2000s from Newport News (anyone else remember them?). It's full length, tiered, gauzy cotton, size 6. Bead detail. Smocked waist, very comfy. The elastic in the shoulder/ top is still good for its age, but is not as tight as it once was. I will price accordingly. This dress was very comfortable during hot summers.
