Floral print smocked dress

NWOT black midi dress. Has a cute orange and white floral print on black background. Short puff sleeves with elastic band. Bust is fitted with an empire waist. Back is smocked for a fitted style. Skirt is full, but not overly so, and is designed like a wrap skirt. This fits more like a true XL- I now wear a true 16 and if fits perfectly even though it is tagged as 2x. Elastic trim around necklines front and back. Bust size is 44” around, snug. 100% polyester.
