Condition: used, good, some loose threads and the bottom hem has twisted (see last pic) Info: Blue and brown floral dress with a smocked top and self-tie straps. I'm 5'4", and it's knee-length on me. 100% rayon. No size tag, but I'd say it fits like a medium. The smocked top has a lot of stretch to it. Story: A generous friend gave me this dress, but I feel like I should have a tropical beach when I'm wearing this. I have no such beach. 😣
