Smocked neck top in striped cotton poplin.

Very gently worn, in perfect condition. Cute blouse with subtle stripes in white,light lavender and black or a “taupey-olivey” color? I really can’t tell in person. Smocked yolk-neck, fully buttoned, and slightly gathered short sleeves. See pictures for up close of color. Length =16”, pit to pit=17”
