Stretches to fit size XS-M Tag says “standard size” 100% rayon Purchased in Panama Tropical floral pattern on the skirt - purple flowers on white and orange background Red to orange/yellow/white ombré Worn only couple times - EUC Pit to pit: 12” when flat but it stretches! Strap length: 7” when flat but also stretches Length from pit to hem: 36” (midi?) Smocked section is 10.5” from pit down
