Smocked popover top in Liberty® Elysian Day floral

Sold Out. The perfect thing to pop over (see: the name) any outfit, this pretty top features a whole slew of look-a-little-closer touches. We love the ruffles around the shoulder and cuffs, plus the smocking at the neck makes it super easy to pull on. Oh, and that bright floral print? It's from Liberty London (the British print house known for its mood-lifting florals since 1875). Worn once. Washed once. I took the tag out because tags drive me cray. Stunning blue colors. I cut the ruffle off but it looks great. Photos on request.
