Smocked shirt dress

H&M shirt dress. 36" total length, 21" from bottom of smocking. Material hS stretch and the waist is smocked, slightly roll to the sleeve and cute front pockets. Skirt also has pockets! Slight discoloration on shoulders, looks like it was hung exposed to sunshine, just needs a dye bath!
