Smoothie button down tie navy

Skinny 2” wide navy blue tie by smoothie. The skinny back part has button holes and is designed to be buttoned onto your shirt to keep it neat. I believe it’s vintage based on the label and style. In EUC with no stains or damage. See images for approximate measurements.
