@ritarobinson45 the belt is removable. There is an optional small fabric loop with the ribbon ties to secure it while wearing. I’m adding photos of this.

@ritarobinson45 yes it’s 20-24” pit to pit measured flat. I just tried it on and I think it’s roomy in the bust. I’m 5’9 size 10/12 & 36B and could definitely fit more chest in this coat.
