Like New! Very nice quality tiered ruffled bottom gray and white snake print short sleeved dress. Elastic and waist and fully lined. Could be worn in so many ways. Bought this dress from one of my favorite people on PM and wanted it to fit soooo badly, but I was too busy for it that the waistband did not hit me in the right place. See measurements for details.
