Snake print Leather Jacket from Europe

Incredible leather jacket. There’s a mark on the inside flap as shown. However this jacket is meant to be worn zipped so it shouldn’t show. Size 36 French. I’d say it is equivalent to an extra small or size 2. I hate to give it Up, but my arms don’t fit in the sleeve, which don’t stretch.
