Snowflake Tulle Dress 3-4T

Brand New Hazel & Bo Toddler Snowflake Tulle winter dress. size 3-4T. Brand new, never worn or left the home. Was delivered in the mail 2 days ago and the size doesn't fit my daughter well after all. We took a chance with the sizing since she is now in 4T and 5T clothes, it was a little too small. Currently in original packaging and was only tried on her for a minute or so before being returned to clean/original package. Originally $27 excluding shipping/tax costs.
