Super soft velvet material on the outside. Breathable fabric on the inside. High neck in the back with a small V dip in the front. My daughter wore this for summer intensive. Great fit. I believe this is an xs or small. Measures 21 inches from top to bottom. Size on chart is children’s 8-10
