Socialite Polka Dot Print Palazzo Pants

Medium wide leg pants. Got this at a buy, sell, trade store and never wore them because this medium RUNS SMALL. Waist is 14” or ~35 cm Navy blue and white polka dots. Super cute with a graphic tee or white bodysuit. There is no belt with these pants. I bought it with it missing the belt.
