NWT! Socialite top size medium fits more of an 8 to maybe a small 10. Square neck, blouson style sleeves with elastic cuffs at the end. Elasticity around the shoulder top can be worn off shoulder. Slightly crop, fully zips off on the backside. Eyelet construction which is see through. Center front length 11” from shoulder to hem 17” across bust 17”. Material: 100% cotton.
