@rhondaleiann I just got off work. Will measure when I get home. It is cut generously. I usually wear a large in tops but can easily wear the medium in this. It just depends on how slouchy you want it to be

Measurements are flat and unstretched.
There is no seam at the shoulder so I measured from the collar to the cuff down the outside line of the sleeve.
