Soft Grunge loop hole striped top

A very 90s unique piece with a really cool pink, blue and brown thread. The back is shown on the 4th picture and the loop hole is even bigger than the one in the front. Xoxo collection is the brand and is labeled a size Small but can also fit a medium, maybe even a large since it has a pretty good stretch. Y2K 2000s 2010s baby ballerina wrap top
