Soft Leather belt, with heavy silver metal and gems.

Gave up trying to figure out where and how this was made. The leather is so soft, definitely a good grade. The buckle and pieces are heavy, each medallion has what looks like pink turquoise stones and some clear crystals. I am not sure of the metal used only the buckle has a marking of 5827. I have researched but still no idea where this was made. Length of the belt is 39 inches 1.5 inches wide. The buckle is 3 inches in diameter.
