Can be worn with or without bottoms depending on your use. I would also say it’s kind of fit and flare. Nice and snug on the boobs and upper arms then loosens up for a very flattering fit. Great out and about with leggings, jeggings or home lounging with bare legs or even over a swimsuit in the mornings or evenings. Not so thin that it’s see through but not so thick that it’s hot. Pockets make it perfect for gardening, crafting… well all the things:) sleeves have button and fold strap if you want a nice 3/4 sleeve. Perfect like new condition although I have had over 15 years. 24” pit to pit 34” long in center
