Lovely, 80s vintage inspired, party dress by American Rag Cie. Fabric is a soft Jersey type knit. Colors include vibrant chartreuse green, teal, and a dark orange. Hem is connected beneath, as seen in photo, and has a slight bubble effect. Ties in back. Perfect for parties, or any occasion that you want to wear a dress, but want comfort!
