Soft Surrounding blue/apricot shrug

Beautiful sweater topper (or shrug) by Soft Surroundings in a blue/apricot/white knit mix. Tags still on it! Would pair well with several color tops or dresses in the blue, cream or white shades. Size small; however, it was hanging in the store so the ties seem to be a bit long/stretched. It's a mixture of cotton & polyester and suggests hand washing.
