This is a wonderful skirt! It is done is a dark blue or black (I really cannot tell) polyester that glows and it is fully lined in a black muslin that is weighted at the bottom. It has the most gorgeous copper embroidery, tassels and border! This is a size XL. It is excellent shape. This is a vintage piece, probably 25 years old.
