Soft Surroundings pants

Soft Surroundings size medium ladies pants. Color is a very dark indigo blue, with tie-dye type print. Waist is 28 inches, inseam is 28 inches. The fabric has a little bit of stretch to it. These are brand new with tags, never been worn. I was sent the wrong size, and by the time I discovered it, it was too late to return.
