Soft Symmetry dress

This dress kinda makes me think of the 60’s. It has the bell sleeve and beautiful flower detailing in the middle. It hugs you body it the right places. I wish I knew what the dress was made of but I can’t find any tag to tell me. It’s very soft material. It is sheer but that’s why it comes with a slip. The dress isn’t hemmed at the bottom or the sleeves (as seen in picture). I wore it maybe two times but have had for years.
