Soft and stretchy dress

Sleek and soft shirt dress. Stretchy and cozy while looking put together! Elbow length sleeves with elastic ruching detail. There is no brand name readable anymore but I bought it at TJ Maxx years ago. Worn a few times but in great condition. I would call it a size 6/8 Shoulder to hem 35” Pit to pit 15” Hip 17” No pets or odors - no dryer sheets or febreeze used.
