Soft blue and white lace collar dress, child size 3 (toddler)

A classic wintery blue velvet like dress with white lace bib collar. Toddler size 3. The lacing is an off white on a white backing to really make the floral pattern pop! There are also two small roses with ribbon details on the sides of the lace. Dress buttons in back. Condition: great gently used 90s winter dress. The lacing is an off white on white and it is consistent throughout. The dress is overall in great shape, no rips, stains, or damage of any kind. Minimal if any visible wear. 10/21/24
