Soft blue laced leggings 💋

Dark blue wash with soft material. They a Are brand new doesn't have tags because I thought the leggings would fit me but unfortunately they do not. Their is a laced like design at the ankles. Very stretchy to wear if your a petite size. The material of the leggings is 57% Cotton and 36% Polyester and 7% Spandex. Wear them with cute comfy boots or flats.
