Soft blue turtleneck sweater

Beautiful blue sweater with turtleneck, front pocket, and unique sleeve detailing. Very soft material. Size petite xs but is meant to be slightly oversized and comfortable, so it fits me perfectly and I’m usually a s/m. Tried on, purchased, and removed the tag, but never worn.
