Soft blush/off white girls dress

My daughter wore once- a very faint mark near the hemline and underneath the dress which can’t be seen- see last two pictures. Pull over style, sleeveless with big ties behind neck, tulle and lined. Size 7/8 in girl and approximately 26.5” long. Floral detail along neckline which is more of an ivory vs white. BIN: JA
