Soft comfortable and stretchy long sleeve winter ruffle dress

This dress is so soft and comfortable to wear. Feels like rayon, but I can't make out the tag. Full flowy skirt and stretchy top make for an easy fit. The waist band stretches so that it will perfectly cinch the waist for an hourglass shape. Top is black and bottom has rich burgundy, teal, violet, green and yellow. Top has a feminine ruffle along the neckline. Skirt hits just above the knee. Size small. Dress has been worn and washed, but has no flaws.
