I can't read the numbers on the measuring tape, so I just want to be sure I understand the specs. Is the measurement across the bust 19"? Is the measurement from shoulder to bottom hem also 19" or is it some other length? Thanks for any clarification you can offer.

I just realized that your measuring tape goes from the ribbing on the front neckline to the bottom hem. No wonder it measures 19". Could I trouble you to measure from the shoulder to the bottom hem for me?
