Soft gray Dress with unique accents

This soft dress is great for dressing up or down. The unique cut of the neckline drapes beautifully into the arms. I’ve literally used this dress as a pattern to make it in other colors. It’s a 3/4 length dress with slits on both sides at the bottom. Elastic high waist that comes with cord to tie how you prefer.
