Soft half button up blouse.

Soft material with a heavier weight feeling blouse with gold button details. Has a small res spot on the front in the photo. I haven't been able to figure out how to get it out but maybe someone else could! Other than the spot it's in great condition! I cut the tag off with the sizing on it but it fits like a medium.
